The apartment consists of a large living-dining room with a sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen that has all the necessary equipment to enjoy your stay to the fullest, a bedroom with a double bed and bathroom too. Capacity for four people.
Leaving the flat you will run straight into de hustle and bustle of Madrid. Going in, you are guaranteed to enjoy peace and quiet.
The building has an elevator but it is located between floors. In order to access it, it is necessary to climb a flight of stairs (33 steps).

Muy buen espacio. Súper amplio, mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Lo recibimos limpio y fue muy fácil mantenerlo así. Los muebles, superficies y disposición general son muy cómodas. Hay espacio de almacenamiento más que suficiente en la habitacsee more
Muy buen espacio. Súper amplio, mucho más de lo que se ve en las fotos. Lo recibimos limpio y fue muy fácil mantenerlo así. Los muebles, superficies y disposición general son muy cómodas. Hay espacio de almacenamiento más que suficiente en la habitación, en la cocina, en la sala, y en el baño. Muchos espejos, muy práctico para prepararse.
Es cierto que es importante considerar la primera subida por escaleras: se puede hacer un poco pesado si no estás acostumbrado, pero no es nada del otro mundo. En la sala hay manuales de todos los electrodomésticos y proveen varias cosas básicas para el uso del departamento (esponjas, jabones, detergentes, jabón para ropa, etc). |
